to a point on the South line of a survey nude by Orson B. Jewell, RLS #245 (Ark),
dated April 21, 1969; thence West along the South line of said survey 346.74';

The above described property was surveyed in accordance with property lines
established and agreed upon by Mr. I.A. Anthony and Mr. Raymond Ellsworth and
depicted on a survey plat by Robert C. Lowe, Jr., RLS #12 (Ark), dated June 7,
1971; in accordance with a survey by Orson B. Jewell, RLS #245 (Ark), dated April
21, 1969; and in accordance with the existing monuments and apparent property
lines of the area.
