Analvsis The main issue involves the applicant's request for a waiver of street improvements. When a nearby church came in for a conditional use review, full street improvements were not required, so staff feels that.a reduced standard of improvement is acceptable. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approval, subject to comments made. SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE REVIEW: The applicants were in attendance. Engineering explained that improvements would include an overlay on the street. The applicant agreed to comply. PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: The applicant was present. 'A motion for approval was made and passed by a vote of 9 ayes, 0 noes and 2 absent.
