IMPROVEMENTS AT A PROPOSED COMMERCIAL SITE
ON KANIS ROAD EAST OF FERNDALE CUT -OFF; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to
provide for a deferral of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for
Ferndale Mini - Storage Long -Form PD -C on the north side of Kanis Road near
and east of Ferndale Cut -off.
Subsection a. That Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to
construct half- street improvements to the requirements of the Master
Street Plan be deferred for a proposed change in zoning from R2 to PD -C
to allow the development of a mini - storage business. The specific deferral
is for five years or until adjacent property develops on Kanis Road.
Section 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty (30) days from and
after its passage.
