more particularly described as: Beginning at a point on the South
line of said S 1/2, SE 1/4, SE 1/4 and the West right-of-way of
Napa Valley Road, said point being 30 ft. N 880 01' 01" W of the
Southeast corner of said S 1/2, SE 1/4, SE 1/4, and the Southeast
corner of Lot 1R Calais Subdivision; thence N 88' 01' 01" W,
along the South line of said S 112, SE 1/4, SE 1/4 and said Lot
1R a distance of 1182.74 ft.; thence continuing along said South
lines N 880 17' 56" W, a distance of 109.75 ft. to a point. Said
