Dear Tad,
The following information pertains to the Site Plan Review
Submittal for the Roller Drummond Funeral Home and office project.
- Total acreage is 6.916 AC
- The site will be developed in two phases; Phase one will
consist of the Roller Drummond Funeral Home Building, and is
located on the West portion of the site.
- Phase one will have a 18,500 SF building footprint (single
story) and a total of 200 seats in the chapel.
- Phase one parking will provide 105 spaces.
- Phase two will consist of an office building to house the
corporate offices. The building will contain a total of
22,500 SF and may be built in phases.
- Phase two will provide an additional 41 parking spaces.
- The total parking spaces for both phases will be 146.
- There will be 3 access points to the project; one from
Chenal Parkway, one from West Markham Street and one from
Parkway Place.

Re: Roller Drummond Site Plan
Dear Tad,
Enclosed are revised prints for the Roller Drummond Funeral Homes
Site Plan Review Application. The revisions are as follows.
1. Revise entry off of Chenal Parkway as per requirements from
City Traffic Engineer (see enclosed xerox).
2. Shrubs to be planted 3' O.C. along parking areas.
3. Dumpster behind funeral home building will be enclosed in
building.
We would also like to request a waiver of the sidewalk
requirements along Chenal Parkway.
