R/W line of said Sbackleford Road 283.5'; thence N83045'W 123.5' to the Point of
Beginning; thence N14041'E 158.07'; thence N87035'W 12.72'; thence N13o44'E 88.78,
to a point on the South line of a survey made by Orson B. Jewell, RLS #245 (Ark),
dated April 21, 1969; thence West along the South line of said survey 346.74';
thence S17024'W 364.73'; thence 977023'06"E 116.36'; thence S78010'00"E 428.0';
thence N03051'E 252.51' to the Point of Beginning, containing 4.16 acres, more
or less.
The above described property was surveyed in accordance with property lines
established and agreed upon by Mr. I.B. Anthony and Mr. Raymond Ellsworth and
depicted on a survey plat by Robert C. Love, Jr., RLS #12 (Ark), dated June 7,
1971; in accordance with a survey by Orson B. Jewell, RLS #245 (Ark), dated April
21, 1969; and in accordance with the existing monuments and apparent property
lines of the area.
