Vince, attached is a Final Plat for re -platting. This was approved in 2018, which I have attached the approval letter. The
purpose of this re -plat is to adjust the building setback line.
This project died not long after the approval and it just came back to life. We have a window that is closing on the
approval, so trying to get this filed asap. Do you have any comments for this lot being re -platted?
