Rodney Parham Road (80 foot right of way); thence N 24012' W, along current said Easterly right of way,
145.0 feet; thence, along a curve to the right with a radius of 25 feet with a chord bearing and distance of
N 20048' E, 35.36 feet (platted, measures N17038' E, 35.75 feet); thence along a curve to the left along
the new right of way, having a radius of 25 feet with a chord bearing and distance of S 11004' E, 32.63
