3 A RESOLUTION TO AMEND LITTLE ROCK,ARK., RESOLUTION NO.
4 15,790 (SEPTEMBER 20, 2022) TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER
5 TO MODIFY THE CONTRACT WITH ENTERPRISE FM TRUST IN AN
6 AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-ONE
7 THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX AND 35/100 DOLLARS
8 ($331,436.35), TO LEASE FORTY-EIGHT (48) VEHICLES FOR THE
9 LITTLE ROCK POLICE DEPARTMENT;AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

11 WHEREAS,it is critical that the Little Rock Police Department Special Investigation Division(LRPD-
12 SID)be equipped with reliable forms of vehicular transportation;and,
13 WHEREAS,Little Rock Resolution 15,790 (September 20, 2022)("LRR No. 15,790")the Board of
14 Directors authorized the City Manager to execute a Contract with Enterprise FM Trust to Lease forty-eight
15 vehicles on behalf of the Little Rock Police Department for an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty
16 Thousand Dollars($250,000.00); and
17 WHEREAS, vendor selection was made through the Arkansas State Contract No. SP-20-0001,
18 NASPO Value Point No. 9408 with an expiration date of September 25,2025;and,
19 WHEREAS,LRPD-SID requests a contract modification to increase Lease Vehicle contract cost by
20 Eighty-One Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Six and 35/100 ($81,436.35) for a total increase from Two
21 Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) to an amount not to exceed Three Hundred Thirty One
22 Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Six and 35/100 Dollars($331,436.35);with funding available in the Special
23 Investigation Division Account No. 105215-65140;
24 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
25 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
26 Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to amend the lease contract with Enterprise FM Trust,for
27 a total amended contract amount not exceed Three Hundred Thirty One Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Six
28 and 35/100 Dollars($331,436.35),for the leasing of forty-eight(48)Vehicles on behalf of the Little Rock
29 Police Department for the remaining contract term.
30 Section 2. The funding for the leased vehicles is available in the Special Investigation Division
31 Account No. 105215-065140.
32 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
33 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or

1 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
2 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
3 resolution.
4 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances,resolutions, including but not limited to Little Rock,Ark.
5 Resolution No. 15,790(September 20,2022),or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with the provisions
6 of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
