The issue was never delt with during the preliminary plat phase. Our reasons are as follows: 1. There are no sidewalks on the north side of the street. 2. In place sidewalks on the north side of the street would not link with any existing system. 3. Placing the sidewalk on the south side would serve to provide more continuity and serve single family residential usage. BB/se CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS Minutes November 4, 1986 Page 3 7,680, 7,681 and 7,682 were read in full and adopted by the following roll call vote: Ayes - Directors Villines, Hess, Benafield and Acting Mayor Milton - total 4; Noes - None; Absent - Vice Mayor Bussey, Director Shackelford and Mayor Prince - total 3. At the time allotted for Citizen Communications, no one was present to express a viewpoint or address the Board of Directors. The extension of the following Planned Unit Developments approved by the Planning Commission on March 15, 1983, was placed on -the Agenda for approval by the Board of Directors: Z-3948-A - The Planned Unit Development located at 7th & Valentine Streets. Z-3946-A - Kimball & Bodeman's Addition Planned Unit Development located on Lots 10 & 11, Block 7, Kimball & Bodeman's Addition. Z 3947-A - The Planned Unit Development located at 6th & Oak Streets. A Motion was made by Director Benafield, seconded by Director Hess, that the three Planned Unit Developments be extended for a period of one year as provided by Ordinance. The motion was unanimously adopted by the Board Members present. Director Shackelford was enrolled. Consideration was then given to Ordinance No. 15,195, entitled: AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT REVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PCD DISTRICT TITLED SHELL BLAKELY "SHORT -FORM PCD" (Z-4743) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES; (Located at 2408 Cantrell Road) with the Ordinance being read the first time, followed by a motion from Director Hess and seconded by Director Benafield, for suspension of the rules to provide for the second leading of the Ordinance at this time. The motion was adopted by unanimous vote of the Board Members present, being five in number and two-thirds or more of the members of the Board of Directors -elect; and the Ordinance was then read the second time. There was a subsequent
