Our Rax Restaurant backed out on us and all efforts to get
another big restaurant have failed. Therefore, the Doyle
Rogers Company has decided to remodel and lease out the
existing building next to Krogers, and we will not continue
with the replat�: at this time. However, we might approach your
office in the next few years if we have the opportunity to
secure a large restaurant.
