REQUEST: That the Planning Commission
approve release of the
restrictive covenant on these
lots.
STAFF REQUEST:
This request is a continuation of the process of abandonment
of the Architectural Review Committee established for Rock
Creek corridor. The Committee was disbanded shortly after
formation due to problems with liability. There have been
several projects in the area which caused covenant release.
These releases have not been controversial and have been
recommended by both staff and Planning Commission.
STAFF.RECOMMENDATION:
Approval as filed.

The Planning Commission briefly discussed this item and
placed it upon the consent agenda for approval. A motion
was made and passed by a vote of 9 ayes, 0 noes and
2 absent.
