PROPOSAL/REOUEST:
The developer of Knoedl Park Addition requests that the
Planning Commission extend to this plat an approval of a
phasing plan to allow the sale of a single lot of the plat
on a one lot basis.
STAFF REPORT:
The Planning Staff recommends approval of Mr. Tucker
request, subject to the submittal of a staging plan to
modify the current preliminary plat of record.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION
There were no objectors in attendance
represented. After a brief discussion,
determined it appropriate to place this
agenda for approval. A motion was made
passed by a vote of 8 ayes, 0 nays, and
(March 26, 1991)
