Part of the SE1/4 NE1/4 Section 24, T2N, R14W, City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a stone in the NE corner of said Section 24; thence S 01-39-21 W
for a distance of 1,321.0 feet to a found 1 j 2" iron pipe at the NE corner of the
SE1/4 NE1/4 of Section 24, T2N, R14W and the Point of Beginning; thence
N 89-05-52 W for a distance of 655.19 feet to o found 1/2" pipe; thence
S 02-07-41 W for a distance of 540.67 feet to a found No. 4 rebar; thence
N 87-37-14 E for a distance of 219.34 feet to a found No. 4 rebar; thence
S 01-22-23 W for a distance of 491.80 feet to a found No. 4 rebor; thence
S 88-04-04 E for a distance of 439.37 feet to a found No. 4 rebar; thence
N 01-36-00 E for a distance of 1,027.75 feet to the Point of Beginning,

and a radius of 175.00 feet; thence along the arc of said curve to a
found iron pin, said curve segment having a chord bearing of N 12-20-19 E

feet to a found iron pin on the north boundary line of Heatherbrae Sub-
