Heatherbrae Subdivision Phase II:
Part of the SE1/4 NE1/4 Section 24. T2N, R14W, City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a stone in the NE corner of said Section 24; thence S 01-39-21 W
for a distance of 1,321.0 feet to a found 1/2" iron pipe at the NE corner of the
SE1/4 NE1/4 of Section 24, T2N, R14W and the Point of Beginning; thence
N 89-05-52 W for a distance of 655.19 feet to a found 1/2" pipe; thence
S 02-07-41 W for a distance of 540.67 feet to a found No. 4 rebar; thence
N 87-37-14 E for a distance of 219.34 feet to a found No. 4 rebar; thence
S 01-22-23 W for a distance of 491.80 feet to a found No. 4 rebar; thence
S 88-04-04 E for a distance of 439.37 feet to a found No. 4 rebar; thence
N 01-36-00 E for a distance of 1,027.75 feet to the Point of Beginning,
containing 13.01 acres, more or less.

Subdivision for a distance of 489.36 feet to a found iron pin; thence
N 74-22-56 W for a distance of 119.56 feet to a found iron pin on the
westerly Right -of -Way line of Heatherbrae Circle; thence along said
Right -of -Way N 17-11-11 W for a distance of 114.05 feet to a found iron
pin on a curve to the left, said curve haing a central angle of 59-03-01
and a radius of 175.00 feet; thence along the arc of said curve to a
found iron pin, said curve segment having a chord bearing of N 12-20-19 E
and a length of 172.48 feet; thence N 16-03-47 W for a distance of 184.01
feet to a found iron pin on the north boundary line of Heatherbrae Sub-
division; thence N 87-13-15 W along the north line of said subdivision
boundary for a distance of 59.09 feet to the Point of Beginning,
containing 1.18 acres, more or less.
