Commencing' at a stone in the NE corner of said Section 24; thence
S 01039'21" W for a distance of 1,321.0 feet to a found 1/2" iron pipe
at the NE corner of the SE1/4, NE1/4 of Section 24, T2N, R14W, and the
Point of Beginning; thence N89005'52"W for a distance of 655,19 feet
to a found 1/2" pipe; thence S02007'41"W for a distance of 540.67 feet
