LEGAL DESCRIPTION
All that part of the fractional NW SW'k lying north of Taylor loop Road, and the
fractional Sk of the SWk NW'k, all in Section 19, Township 2 North, Range 13 West
in the *City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at found iron pipe for the NW corner of the S�, SWi: NWk of said
Section 19 for the Point of Beginning; thence N89030'01"E 775.91' to a found
concrete monument; thence N89027'19"E 349.65' to a found 1/2" iron pipe for
the NE corner of said S'k, SWi: NWk; thence S00008'5411W 1004.92'; thence
N89051'07"W 120.0'; thence S60042'16"W 138.76'; thence N73003'29"W 261.04';
thence S16°48'21"W 168.0' to the northerly Right -of -Way line of Taylor Loop
Road; thence N73011'39"W along said northerly Right -of -Way line 171.80' to
the Point of Curve of a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of
868.80'; thence along the arc of said curve and along said northerly Right -of -
Way line an arc distance of 221.88' to the Point of Tangency of said curve,
