Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas, lying south of Taylor Loop Road
and described as: Starting at a hub which marks the SW corner of said
NW 1/4, SW 1/4; thence S 89 deg. 28 min. E along the south line of said
NW 1/4, SW 1/4, for 250 feet to an iron pin which is the point of beginning;
thence North and parallel to the west line of said NW 1/4, SW 1/4, for 922.4
feet to a nail in bottle cap on the centerline of Taylor Loop Road; thence
in a Southeasterly direction along the centerline of Taylor Loop Road, by a
chord bearing S 72 deg. 11 min. E for 804.04 feet to a spike on the center-
line of said Road; thence S 00 deg. 23 min. W for 223.06 feet to an iron pin;
thence S 88 deg. 35 min. E for 99.79 feet to an iron pin on the east line of
said NW 1/4, SW 1/4; thence S 00 deg. 05 min. W along the cast line of said
NW 1/4, SW 1/4, for 459.13 feet to an iron pin which is the SE corner of said
NW 1/4, SW 1/4; thence N 89 deg. 28 min. W for 863.58 feet along the south
line of said NW 1/4, SW 1/4, and to the point of beginning. Containing
15.06 acres mare or less.
