On JULY 8, 1986, the Little Rock Planning Commission will
consider the above referenced plat.
We would appreciate the consideration of our comments
and/or recommendations.
A 12-INCH WATER MAIN IS PROPOSED. A 15-FEET EASEMENT RE-
QUIRED ALONG I-30, THE 15-FEET EAST OF LOT 2 AND THE NORTH
10-FEET OF LOT 2, AND THE WEST 15-FEET & THE SOUTH 15-FEET
OF LOT 4, ALSO, AN ACREAGE CHARGE OF $150.00 PER ACRE PLUS
A PRO-RATA CHARGE OF $15.00 PER FOOT WILL APPLY.
