S. Highway # 65; thence along said west right -of way line South 32 degrees 10 minutes East a distance of 185.0 feet; thence South 69 degrees 28 minutes 28 seconds West 239.02 feet; thence North 32 degreees 10 minutes West a distance of 217.76 feet to the southerly right-of- way of State Highway # 338; thence along said southerly right-of- way along the arc of a curve to the. right having a radius of 533 feet a chord bearing and distance of North 76 degrees 55 minutes East 247.72 feet to the point of beginning and containing 1.138 acres, more or less. and it is desirable that the above described property be platted; KNOW, THEREFORE, that said Harold Austin and Sylvia Austin, his wife, hereinafter termed Grantors, for and in consideration of the benefit to accrue to them which they hereby acknowledges to be of value, has caused to be made a plat of said land, said plat being attached hereto, showing a survey made by Melvin F. Mobbs, Registered Land Surveyor, dated July 8, 1986 wherein the above described property is described as Lot 1 of Austin Subdivision to Pulaski County, Arkansas, and approved for recording by the Little Rock Planning Commission on _____________________, 19..... showing the bounds and dimensions of the property now being platted. The land embraced in said plat, as shown described ( and as described on said plat as aforesaid), shall be forever known as: Lot 1, Austin Subdivision, Pulaski County, Arkansas. In order to give the strongest assurance and the most lasting perpetuation of all things herein contained, the Grantor will cause this Bill of Assurance and the Plat hereto attached to be authenticated and recorded in the office of the Circuit Cleck and Ex-Officio Recorder for Pulaski County, Arkansas.
