Under separate cover, we are filing a preliminary subdivision
plat at the southwest quadrant of Dixon Road (Highway #338.) and
Highway #65.
The preliminary plat will be as follows:
1. Austin Subdivision
2. A one lot subdivision
3. The total acreage is 5.78 acres
4. The one lot being subdivided will be slightly
over one acre in size.
5. Is located outside the city limits.
Attached is the filing fee in the amount of $104.00

WHEREAS, Harold Austin is the owner of the following
described land situated in Pulaski County, Arkansas, to -wit:
Part of the NE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 35, T-1-N, R-12-W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 643.11 feet West and 41.92 South of the
northeast corner of said NE 1/4, SW 1/4 said point being the
intersection of the southerly right-of-way line of State Highway
# 338 and the west right-of-way of U. S. Highway # 65; thence
along said west right -of way line South 32 degrees 10 minutes
East a distance of 185.0 feet; thence South 69 degrees 28
minutes 28 seconds West 239.02 feet; thence North 32 degreees 10
minutes West a distance of 217.76 feet to the southerly right-of-
way of State Highway # 338; thence along said southerly right-of-
way along the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 533
feet a chord bearing and distance of North 76 degrees 55 minutes
East 247.72 feet to the point of beginning and containing 1.138
acres, more or less.
and it is desirable that the above described property be platted;

Grantor, for and in consideration of the benefit to accrue to him
which he hereby acknowledges to be of value, has caused to be
made a plat of said land, said plat being attached hereto,

Surveyor, dated June 16, 1985 wherein the above described
