Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Little Rock, Arkansas,
Commencing at the SW corner of said NW 1/4 SW 1/4; thence East along the
South line of said NW 1/4 SW 1/4 a distance of 64.92 feet; thence North
parallel to the West line of said NW 1/4 SW 1/4 a distance of 25 feet to
a 1/2" rebar on the North right-of-way of "H" Street and East
right-of-way of University Avenue and the Point of Beginning; thence
along the right-of-way for University Avenue through a 25 foot radius
curve whose chord bears N44054'48"W a distance of 35.30 feet to a 1/2"
