The fence is close to the South line of original Lot # 64 and will be removed upon title transfer after approval of the replat and will be relocated along the new lot line. The owners of Lot 64R are aware of the easement and know not to build anything within the easement. I went over this with them during the course of the survey. AT&T has a buried cable running along the fence from West to Last. Since the existing fence is not shown on the revised plat, where is it in relation to the Drainage and Utility easements on the plat?
