We are requesting rezoning of the above address to allow the following:
Construction of a duplex set back from 18th St 25' as per standard easement and maintain 5' easements. Both
duplex units will consist of 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.
In addition, we propose constructing a detached garage at the rear of the property with a third 1 bed 1 bath
apartment above. We would request the rear setback of the property be changed to 15'. The garage and apartment
above will be accessible from the asphalt alley which runs behind the property.
We believe this will be the best use of this property and help provide high quality affordable housing to the area.
