Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide specific information on vehicular access to the property.
Response:
The proposed design shows a detached garage, parking pad, and driveway at the rear of the property to be accessed via the alley.
These amenities should provide off street parking for as many as 5 vehicles, 2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway, and one on the parking pad.
Additionally, there is sufficient street parking in front of the lot to accommodate an additional 5 cars, bringing to total parking available to 10.
2. Provide dimensions from proposed buildings to all property lines.
Response:
Front of home is 25’ from property line.
Both sides are 5’4” from respective property line at widest point
Rear of garage is 17’ 2” from rear property line.
