Staff has completed the review of the application submitted for the proposed development located at 2500 W. 18th Street and has determined you will be required to improve the alley from
one (1) street through the property. The other option is not taking access for parking through the alley onto the property and provide access along W. 18th Street via a driveway apron
or utilize on-street parking, if allowed.
