Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant Responses are due no later than Friday, May 10, 2024. Please submit
revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents
should be submitted to this email address for review.

Development Staff Comments:
Provide filing fee of $205.00 Owner is delivering a check to Planning.
2. Provide height of proposed building. Building height will be 12 feet.
3. Will there be any signage? If so, all signage must comply with Section 36-553 of
the zoning code. There will be building signage on the front of the building which
will not exceed 10% of the facade and will comply with code.
4. How will garbage be collected? If there will be a dumpster on site it will need to
be shown on the site plan and screened according to Section 36-523 of the City's
Zoning Ordinance.There will not be a dumpster. Trash will be removed by a
cleaning service.
5. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
Will comply.
6. Provide completed Street Right of Way Agreement. Agreement attached.
