Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide filing fee of $205.00
2. Provide height of proposed building.
3. Will there be any signage? If so, all signage must comply with Section 36-553 of the zoning code.
4. How will garbage be collected? If there will be a dumpster on site it will need to be shown on the site plan and screened according to Section 36-523 of the City’s
Zoning Ordinance.
5. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties.
6. Provide completed Street Right of Way Agreement
