Attached are the drawings, application, affidavit, and filing fee for the above referenced project.
The owner and developer for this project would like to construct an overflow parking lot for their
existing Parker Audi Dealership located at 12601 West Markham Street. The parking lot will have one
access point located on Atkins Road directly across from the rear entrance to the Parker Audi
Dealership. The project will have landscaping and low-level lighting that is directed down and inward.
The parking lot will be gated and secured with a pipe rail fence.
The existing ownership is Parker Automotive Holdings, LLC with an address of 1700 North Shackleford
Road, Little Rock AR 72212. The Source of Title is Instrument Number: 2024-005644. There are
applicable existing covenants and restrictions on the land. The source of water is Central Arkansas
Water and wastewater disposal is provided by Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority
