Please find the following response to staff comments:
Development – 1) Will comply, developer will pay the attached under separate cover.
2) There is no signage proposed at this time. If owner would like to install signage
later, it will comply with Section 36-553 of the zoning code.
3) We have added storm drainage easements, there will not be any typical ditches
with this project.
