Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide a parking plan showing where and how many cars can park on-site.
2. Will the entire residence be rented, or will you be renting individual bedrooms?
3. Provide information as to which is Unit 1 and Unit 2.
4. Will the third unit on the property be used for long-term rental?
