A. Existina Conditions
This site is located in an area developed as single
family. Elevations range from 400' to 532' in the area
proposed for immediate development, and up to 757' in
the area designated for development in the future.
B. Develo ment Proposal
This is a proposal to develop 108 acres into 128 lots
for single family use. New streets will consist of
13,700'. Waivers requested include: (1) lower
standard on minor arterial street and valley;
(2) 15-foot setback on steep lots as shown.

required in the Subdivision Ordinance.

The applicant should: (1) place street names on ply

space. Staff is concerned about maintenance. The
applicant may be asked to extend lot lines across tl

The applicant amended his application to request a waiv

explained that the request was for full right-of-way
