BILL OF ASSURANCE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT WHEREAS: Daniel E. Beadle and Windy M. Beadle, husband and
wife, are the sole owners of the following described property lying in the
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
LOT 5, SCENIC HEIGHTS ADDITION
NOW, THEREFORE: The Grantors have caused said property to be
surveyed by 011en Dee Wilson, and a Replat thereof, identified by the title
of LOT 5R, SCENIC HEIGHTS ADDITION to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas. The plat bears the seals and signatures of 011en
Dee Wilson, Registered Professional Land Surveyor, the signature of the
Grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock
Planning Commission on February 25, 2009, and is on record in the office
of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas,
in Plat Book Page and the grantors do hereby make this

And the grantors do hereby certify that they have replatted said real estate
in accordance with said plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be
forever known as designed on said plat; and every deed of conveyance for
said property shall use this designation.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the
Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and
complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the
said plat.
The purpose of this Instrument is to amend the twenty five foot building line
along and parallel with Blue Ridge Circle allowing the existing and or
additional construction to follow the contour of the existing residence as .••�•
