KNOW BY ALL MEN THESE PRESENTS
Whereas Claire M. Bi 1 heimer is the sole owner of the lands described as Lot 14 A-R,
Plantation Acres Phase H, a sub -division in Pulaski County, Arkansas; and
Whereas, it is desirable that the above described land be replatted into a single lot
described as Lot 14 A-R Plantation Acres Phase H, a subdivision in Pulaski County, Arkansas.
NOW THEREFORE WITNESSETH
That Claire Bilheimer has caused said tract of land to be surveyed by Robert G. Lloyd,
Professional Land Surveyor, and Jack J. Wilks, Registered Professional Engineer has made a plat
thereof which is identified by the title Lot 14 A-R, Plantation Acres Phase H. The plat which was
signed by the owner on January 25, 2005, and which bears the Certificate of Approval executed
by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is of record in the office the Circuit Clerk and Ex-
Officio Recorder of Pulaski County as document number , Plat Book ,
Page , and the owner does hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the office of the Circuit Clerk
and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, shall be a valid and complete delivery and
dedication of Utility easements as shown on said plat.
Hereafter, conveyance and description of any of said lands by lot as shown on said plat,
shall be a proper and sufficient description thereof.
1. Lot 14 A-R shall be used only for single family housing.
2. All signs, fences, assessory buildings, and other structures shall conform to the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Little Rock as approved by the Little Rock
Planning Commision.
3. All the covenants, provisions or restrictions set forth in this Bill of Assurance may be
amended, modified, extended, changed or cancelled in whole or in part by written instrument
signed and approved by the Little Rock City Planning Commission.
4. The invalidation of any one of these covenants or restrictions by judgment or court
order shall not affect the validity of any other provision hereof, which shall remain in full force
and effect.
