KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, Frank N. Gordon and Jean L. Gordon are the sole owners of Lot 43, Plantation
Acres - Phase I, and Gary D. Corum and Diane L. Corum are the sole owners of Lot 105, Plantation
Acres - Phase III, located in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and;
WHEREAS, the said owners desire to reconstitute and replat said lots:
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
We, the said owners, have caused said lots to be surveyed by 011en Dee Wilson, Registered
Land Surveyor, and a plat thereof made, which is identified by the title "Plat of Lots 43R & 105R,
Phase III, Plantation Acres" and the date of July 16, 2001 and by the signature of said surveyor and
said owners, and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission,
and is on record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County,
Arkarisas, in Plat Book -& at Page I (03 and the said owners do hereby make this Bill of
Assurance.
The owners do hereby certify that they have replatted said real estate in accordance with said
plat. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designed on said plat; and every
deed of conveyance for said property shall henceforth use this designation.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and
ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery and dedication of the
streets and easements shown on said plat.
In addition to this Bill of Assurance, Lot 105R as shown on said plat shall remain subject to
the provisions ofthe Bill of Assurance for Plantation Acres, Phase III, which was Instrument No. 90-
60115 and filed and recorded in Plat Book D Page 117 in the Office of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski
County.
All buildings constructed on said lots shall be constructed no nearer to the street than the
building line shown on the plat, and all buildings shall be constructed in conformance with any
applicable Building Codes and Zoning Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Reviewed only for inclusion of minimum standards
required by the City of Little Rock subdivision regulations.
Bill of Assurance provisions established by the
developer may exceed minimum regulations of the
little Rock subdivision and zoning ordinances.
