Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
From the Northeast corner of the said SE-1 SW1 run N 890 46' 58" W
for 164.57 feet; theuce S 01' OS' 53" E for 762.65 feet to the South-

Book A, Page 470) and the point of beginning; thence continue S 01'
