AMENDMENT TO PLAT AND BILL OF ASSURANCE
�Nim"WHEREAS, the undersigned are owners of more than fifty-one (51) percent of the lots
in Hunters Cove, in Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
WHEREAS, Mark Pollack and Patricia Pollack, his wife, are the sole owners of the
following described property, situated in Pulaski County, Arkansas, to wit:
Lot 7 and Tract B, Hunters Cove, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
and desire to amend the Plat and Bill of Assurance originally filed for record as Plat
Documents 87-22380 and as amended for record by Plat Document 89-67855 and by Plat
Document 92-60024 and by Plat Document 94-04561 and by Plat Document 95-7241, and by
Plat Document 96-18507, all in the records of the Circuit Clerk and Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas to replat said Lot 7 and Tract B as Lot 7R.
NOW THEREFORE, WITNESSETH:
That we, the said Mark Pollack and Patricia Pollack, his wife, hereinafter termed
Grantors have caused said tract of land to be surveyed by Paul M. White, Registered Land
Surveyor, and a plat thereof made which is identified b.4 - title: 4-0J

and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.

All streetlight installation, striping, signage and other traffic improvements have been constructed and are in
conformance with City requirements/standards.
street signs should be ordered and billed to developer. Work orders have been prepared for signage.
Certain improvements remain uncompleted and a punch list has been prepared and sent.
Approved engineering drawings for streetlight system have been received and approved. Applicant is
responsible to furnish as -built drawings once streetlights have been installed.

facilities within Hunters Field ROW but it does not conflict with the proposed plat changes.
