HomeMy WebLinkAbout19618ORDINANCE NO. 19,618 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE FROM VARIOUS LOT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS OF CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE TO ALLOW THE DEVELOPMENT OF LOTS WITH AN INCREASED LOT DEPTH TO WIDTH RATIO FOR QUAIL RUN SUBDIVISION REPLAT LOT 17R (5- 553 -D), LOCATED AT 34 POINTER DRIVE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That a variance from various lot design standards of Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances is granted to provide for variances of certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for the Quail Run Subdivision Replat Lot 17R (5- 553 -D), located at 34 Pointer Drive as follows: Subsection A. That variances are granted from the provisions of Chapter 31, Section 31- 232(b) for the Quail Run Subdivision Replat Lot 17R (S- 553 -D), located at 34 Pointer Drive, to allow the development of a lot with an increased lot depth to width ratio for Quail Run Subdivision Replat Lot 17R (5- 553 -D), located at 34 Pointer Drive .
