GENERAL NOTES:
1) Storm water runoff generated by the 100 year return frequency storm shall
be contained within the proposed drainage easements.
2) All topographic data were obtained from the City of Tittle Rock 2' Contour,
1"=100, , scale topographic maps.
3) Prior to construction on any lot, drainage plans shall. be submitted to the
City Engineering Department for approval. Rain fall runoff shall be held
to the amount existing at undeveloped status by the use of pondirg, or
other approved methods.
