of Ash Street) for 250 feet to an iron pin at the Northwest corner of said Lot 6; THENCE N 890 52' 24" E along the North
line of Lots 5 and 6 (said Lot lines being on the South right-of-way line of "A" Street) for 92.0 feet to an iron pin at the
Northeast corner of said Lot 5; THENCE South along the East Lot lines of said Lots 5 and 8 for 250.0 feet to an iron pin at
