A part of Section 36, Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County,
Arkansas being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of
said Section 36; thence N 89°23'53" W, along the North line of
the SW 1/4 of Section 36, 148.9 feet; thence South, 636.54 feet to
the point of beginning, said point of beginning being on the Westerly
right-of-way line of Missouri Pacific Railroad; thence Southwesterly
along said right-of-way line, 425.58 feet; then N 89°23'53" W,
822.56 feet; thence N 0°10'26" E, 483.9 feet; thence N 88°28'09" E,
272.37 feet; thence N 0°27'00" E, 428.9 feet; thence S 89023'53" E,
25.5 feet; thence N 01°04'03" E, 230.43 feet to the South right-of-
way line of U.S. Interstate Highway 30; thence along a 4 degree
curve on the right-of-way of said Interstate 30, with a chord bear-
ing N 75°59'25" E and a distance of 601.42 feet; thence N 88015'00" E
along said right-of-way of Interstate 30, 250.05 feet; thence Easterly
along said right-of-way of Interstate 30, 795 feet more or less to
the Westerly right-of-way line of Missouri Pacific Railroad; thence
Southwesterly along said right-of-way of Missouri Pacific Railroad,
1275 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
