RE: Z-9981 Pettaway Business District (Phase 4) - PCD 320 East 21st Street GNE responses are listed below in green. Development Staff Comments: 1. Provide proposed use of group of uses for proposed building. Mixed-Use building - Building will be leased to small and local businesses for residentials, retail and commercial office space. 2. Provide building elevations. See attached building elevation plan. The elevation plan isn’t match with the site plan. But the elevation is same for new building. 3. Provide hours/days of operation. Hours of operation are intended to be 7 am – 8 pm Sunday through Thursday and 7 am – 10 pm on Friday, Saturday and holidays. 4. Provide screening fence along North Property line. Opaque fence added to the site plan. 5. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties Will comply. Note added to site plan. 6. Will there be a sign? If so, all signage must comply with Section 36 -555 of the zoning code. Will comply. Note added to site plan.
