Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide proposed use of group of uses for proposed building.
2. Provide building elevations.
3. Provide hours/days of operation.
4. Provide screening fence along North Property line.
5. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties
6. Will there be a sign? If so, all signage must comply with Section 36-555 of the zoning code.
