Sir, I’m just trying to get answers to Development Staff comments.
Which may have been sent to Monte or Torrence….They are not here today .
Below are the comments I am attempting to get responses on.
I apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide proposed use of group of uses for proposed building.
2. Provide building elevations.
3. Provide hours/days of operation.
4. Provide screening fence along North Property line.
5. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties
6. Will there be a sign? If so, all signage must comply with Section 36-555 of the zoning code.

After Tariq sent his email to you, he and I reviewed the comments from CAW, the fire marshall & the planning department. I would like to note that there were no comments on our project
from LRWRA or Summit Utilities. All of these comments appear to apply to our final design drawings that we'll turn in at a later date, prior to the issuing of a building permit. We
are only trying to get our PCD approved at this time. We will address and comply with all of these general comments when we complete the final design drawings for this project.
