PLAT AND BILL OF ASSURANCE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That we, A. G. Allmon and Ann tillmon, his wife, are the owners of
the following described land lying in the County of Pulaski, State of
Arkansas, to -wit:
The North 113 of Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block !{,
Kahn and Hol er's.Subdivision of Lots 1 and
8, Block 1, �yde Park Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and it is desirable that the above described land be re -platted into
lots:
NOW, THEREFORE; the said A. G. Allmon and Ann Allmon, hereinafter
termed grantors, for and in consideration of the benefits to accrue
to them, which they hereby acknowledge to be of value, have caused to
be made a plat, hereto attached, showing the surveys made November 20,
1962, signed by G. A. Denham, Registebed Professional Engineer, and
the said grantors, showing the bounds and dimensions of the property
now being platted into lots, and designating each lot by a letter.
The lands embraced in said plat as above described shall forever
be known as: Albert Replat of the North 1/3 0£ Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block
!+, Kahn do Holder's Subdivision of Lots 1 and 8, Block 1, Hyde Park
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
And every deed of conveyance for any lot in said Subdivision
Addition describing the same by the letter as shown on said plat shall
always be deemed a sufficient description thereof.
The grantors herein herdby dedicate unto the public the streets
and utility easements as reflected on said plat.
No building shall be built in the utility easement, and no build-
ing shall be built or constructed nearer to the street than the build-
ing line as reflected on said plat.

the.foregoing Bill of Assurance, and stated that they had
executed the same for the consideration and purposes t herein
mentioned and set forth.
