That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: 11 Z-9978: Described as the south 113 of Lots 1, 2 & 3, Block 04, of Kahn and Holder's 12 Subdivision to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as recorded in Pulaski County, 13 Arkansas, as shown on a plat of record, in the records of the Circuit Clerk's Office, 14 Pulaski County, Arkansas: From R-3, Single -Family District, and C-3, General 15 Commercial District to R-3, Single -Family District (2012 Washington Street). 16 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, 17 Arkansas, and the Designated District Map, be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 18 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 19 Section 3. Severrability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 20 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 21 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance, which shall remain in full force and 22 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 23 ordinance. 24 Section 4. Repealer.
