Little Rock Turnkey, LLC, owner of 1624 — 1626 Brown Street, Little Rock AR request zoning classification
be changed from R-3 to PZD so that the historical and existing use become conforming and legal. The
property consists of ONE lot with 2 separate living structures. 1626 Brown is duplex and 1624 is a single
family home.
No additions or changes to the existing footprint of the two structures are being made. The structures will
remain as -is, as shown on the accompanying survey.
Little Rock Turnkey as verified with the Pulaski County Clerk's office that a Bill of Assurance does not exit,
the property is Metes & Bounds.
It is Little Rock Turnkey's understanding that no site -plan will be required, as no structural changes are
being proposed.
