RE: White Water Tavern Revised PCD
Mr. Moore,
Attached are the drawings, application, affidavit, and filing fee for the above referenced project.
The current PCD was approved in the Spring of 2023. The developer would like to continue
redeveloping the property by adding a 50' by 50' structure that would contain a stage, serving area,
restrooms, storage and an outdoor beer garden. The beer garden area would have a portion that is
open with an additional area covered. Both areas would be for seating adjacent to the stage.
The revised PCD has this area detailed to show the rough dimensions for each of the uses. The
location would be just west of the existing building and fronting on W. 7th Street.
Please place this item on the next available Planning Commission agenda. Please do not hesitate to
call if you have any questions or require additional information.
