RE: Z-3125-D White Water Tavern — Revised PD-C 2500 West 7th Street Development Staff Comments: Provide executed affidavit. 2. Submit filing fee of $280.00 3. Provide days and hours of operation for the beer garden area and stage. 4. Will the outdoor area be enclosed with a fence? 5. Will there be a dumpster? If so, dumpster area must be screened and comply with Section 36-523 of the City's Zoning Ordinance. 6. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. 7. Will there be a sign? If so, all signage must comply with Section 36-555 of the zoning code. 8. Provide seating capacity for the outdoor area.
