Please find attached the Planning Zoning Development -Short Form Application and 3
copies of the Site Plan for your review. We are proposing a zoning change form the
existing 0-3 zoning to PD-C (STR-2) Zoning.
I want to rent our most of the property with 1 room occupied by on -site staff member.
We will be utilizing the existing parking; not adding any additional parking.
